Weekdays we're available 8am to 5pm. Outside those hours, including Sundays, you can still text us and we'll reply as soon as we can.
No. Requesting a quote doesn't involve a credit check. A credit enquiry only happens once you've chosen a lender and we apply, with your consent.

Often, yes. Low doc options use BAS, bank statements or an accountant's letter instead of tax returns, and some lenders accept newer ABNs, usually with a deposit or industry experience.
Straightforward applications can be decided the same day; others take a day or two while the lender checks documents. Approval always depends on the lender.
